Louis J. Panakio, Jr. 
Lou Panakio has been representing clients as a licensed public insurance adjuster for 50 years.  He is the past President of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.  He was on the Board of Appeals for the City of Lynn for over 40 years.  Lou is a Korean War Era Veteran of the United States Army.  He is a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Winooski, VT.

Lisa Panakio Rowe Lisa has been working as a public insurance adjuster for over 25 years and she’s licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Lynn, Massachusetts and was also a member of the City of Lynn's Board of Appeals and Conservation Commission. Lisa is a foremost specialist in personal property adjusting. She is a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Winooski, VT.

Harvey F. Rowe, Jr.
Harvey has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts since 1970. He’s a licensed public insurance adjuster in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida. He’s one of the only attorneys in the country that specializes in public adjusting.  Harvey is a former Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and legal counsel to various state and municipal agencies.  He is a former Lt. Commander in the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam Era conflict. Harvey also served as a special agent for the Office of Naval Intelligence.  He’s a graduate of Merrimack College, the United States Navy Legal Justice School and received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
