2.	If needed, we will assist you in finding temporary housing.
3.	We’ll prepare a claim to be presented to the insurance company representative, which results from hours of extensive estimating and detailed analysis of the property.
4.	We’ll meet with the insurance company representative and negotiate a settlement acceptable to you.
